We sprout to enhance taste, texture and digestibility, and then stone grind the whole grain, keeping all the essential nutrients intact. As always, our sprouted pumpkin muffin mix contains only real ingredients, that means no additives, artificial flavours or preservatives. Simple instructions will have sprouted pumpkin muffins on the table in just 45 minutes. One box makes 12 muffins. You will need: butter, pumpkin puree and an egg. Tip: make sure you’re using pure pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling, the cans often look the same! For a vegan pumpkin muffins, substitute vegan butter/margarine and a flax egg (flax powder and water).
