Whole or mashed sprouted rye berries add wonderful flavour and texture to breads and pairs well with seeds like pumpkin, sunflower, flax, sesame and caraway. Please note they must be rehydrated or cooked before adding to the dough. For the home miller, sprouted rye berries make a wonderful fresh flour for breads, muffins, cookies and more.
