Our organic icing sugar is a creamy and mellow powdered sugar, naturally produced from certified organic golden cane sugar. Grown without the use of chemical herbicides, pesticides and fertilisers. With a small 3% of certified organic tapioca starch added to prevent caking, our icing sugar is gluten free. This finely milled organic icing sugar is ideal for baking, dusting, frosting and fillings. We have purchased in bulk, so we can repackage and pass the savings on to you.
