With fresh air and water gifted from the mountains, we have committed to making the best craft at any given opportunity. This edition represents the core expression of our single malt products. Whisky matured in bourbon barrels and sherry casks mainly selected and vatted for 2021 Edition. 2021 is 10 years anniversary after the mothball of Mars Shinshu Distillery. We take care of our whisky for our future single malt. Limited Edition dition series represents the style of Shinshu Distillery. A pair of pot stills has been designed on the label.
